Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are NET. Quantity discounts are
available for large volume orders. Price sheets are available upon request.
Credit
On open account orders, purchase orders must be signed by an authorized person.
If confirming, please indicate. To establish credit please supply your standard
bank and trade references.
Minimum Order
Minimum order amount per invoice is $25.00. Minimum may be higher on special items.
Terms of Sale
All terms are F.O.B. our warehouse. Payment terms are NET-30 days from date of invoice.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Claims for shortage, damage,
or any other reason must be made within 30 days from date of shipment. All returns are subject
to a 20% restocking charge plus reconditioning and
repacking costs if necessary. No custom made, discounted, or fabricated items may be returned.
Cancellation Charges
Orders for special material may be canceled provided we are reimbursed for expenses incurred.
Orders for standard material may be canceled without charge providing request is received prior to manufacturing.
Transportation Policy
All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point by the least expensive surface method available unless
premium method is requested.
